Richard celebrates his third anniversary in Singapore with his latest round-up of tasting notes.
Three years ago this month, the first instalment of my regular Singapore dispatch was published, accompanied by a very similar image to the one you see above. The flag is flown from a military helicopter for Singapore's National Day every August, for which rehearsals take place every Saturday for weeks beforehand.
The view above was snapped from the balcony of 67 Pall Mall Singapore, which has become my main employer, providing me with many tasting opportunities – as witness this collection.
