Those who think Singapore drinks nothing but bank-breaking burgundy can find evidence to the contrary below. Behold perfumed rosé from Armenia, nigh-perfect vintage madeira, beefy sparkling Shiraz from New South Wales and magnums of orange wine from northern Italy. In fact, burgundy and bordeaux are conspicuous by their absence.
