Notable wines in this assortment include Paul Jaboulet Aîné's La Chapelle white Hermitage, several fine mature bordeaux that were tasted with wine writer Jane Anson (pictured above with me inside 67 Pall Mall's wine tower in Singapore), and two almost perfect vintages of Clos des Lambrays.
