The taste of Chinese wine 2010

I had ridiculously little time in China recently, and was able to taste Chinese wine for only the tiniest proportion of it. However, thanks to the likes of Alberto Fernandez of Torres China (who I think may have been responsible for getting me a seminal bottle of Grace that I had to taste first thing in the morning in Shanghai airport back in 2002) and Matthew Gong of ASC, I was able to taste the following wines in the very brief chinks in my schedule.
