UK importer Uncharted’s exciting tasting of nearly 200 wines last October included 35 from keg and while I focused more on the bottled wines – thinking they would be more widely available outside the UK – I tasted enough of the keg wines to be convinced that Uncharted's founder Rupert Taylor is achieving his quality targets as part of his strategy to break down preconceptions about wines on tap.
