Jancis writes When you have nearly 500 exciting wines to choose from at a tasting, how on earth do you decide what to tackle? I suppose many of the nearly 588 professional attendees at the recent, third Viñateros tasting of new-wave, artisanal Spanish wines in London were looking to fill specific gaps on their wine lists or shelves, but we wine writers had carte blanche.
