Classic Barossa red is their forte, as illustrated here by the Cabernet Sauvignon- and Shiraz-based wines such as Signature and Octavius. The former represents an extremely well-priced option for fine Australian red to lay down because, as the 1966 vintage proved, these wines are built to last.
