A sale for irredeemable history junkies

If you would like to own a bottle of Paddy's Irish whiskey or Gordon's gin straight from the Paris cellar of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, now is your chance. The following is news just in from Christie's. Note that their not quite so royal majesties were strictly spirits drinkers. The wine bit is tagged on to the sale quite separately, and presumably has something to do with Francois Pinault's being owner of both Ch Latour and – Christie's. Awfully convenient.
