Bordeaux '96s today – tasting notes
I know well how important it is to keep tasting and reviewing older wines. Along with vintage port, fine red bordeaux is the archetypal wine that demands long ageing, or at least deserves long ageing if the prices paid for it are to be anything like worthwhile (see Which Bordeaux vintage is best value?)
