A significant proportion of these nearly 100 notes on burgundies currently on the market were made at a white burgundy tasting organised in London by wine merchant Roberson.
There were some seriously good wines at this tasting but in view of their prices, there seemed too many disappointments to me. I could not help feeling more energised by and enthusiastic about the tasting of Jura wines that took place in London the next day. We have also included one or two Crus Beaujolais that came our way on the general tasting...
