Continuing the retrospective mood outlined in yesterday’s How well does wine age?, and as a reminder of how glorious mature red Bordeaux can be, I present my impressions of a most impressive line-up of magnums of one of my favourite Pomerols, Ch L'Église-Clinet, back to 1995, tasted in Bordeaux just before 2014 primeurs week.
