What a busy day yesterday! First I had to give a talk on Global Trends in Wine at Excel as everyone was preparing for the three-day London International Wine Fair, which opens there today. Then I had the pleasure of experiencing the efficient combination of Docklands Light Railway and the overground railway to get me to the first of London's two concurrent natural wine fairs.
