Once a year in London there's a large generic tasting of wines from Spain at which most serious UK importers of Spanish wine show their wares. (In view of the proportion of top quality fish from British waters that ends up in Spain, it always amuses me that it is held at Old Billingsgate, London's historic fish market on the river Thames.)
