Changyu – Century-old business based in Shandong and Asia's biggest wine operation overall with a well-established market. Now in partnership with the French, family-owned Castel company in China with heavily-advertised new tourist complex near Yantai.
Great Wall – Substantial production based north west of Beijing. Established 1983 and the biggest exporter of Chinese wine.
Dragon Seal – Another sizeable operation near Beijing turning deliberately to a greater variety of grapes, including a fair Riesling 2002.
