Tesco under £5 and 'Finest'

As the crunch continues to grind away, the UK's biggest supermarket Tesco, with its buying power, should be able to offer some of the best value under £5 a bottle. I tasted a range recently and they were, apart from a couple of exceptions, perfectly fine. If belts need tightening, Tesco seems geared up to helping out with wines that really cannot yield them very much profit, considering the average cost of a bottle of wine, without the wine or the profit, is around £3.
The only disappointments were Big Kahuna White and Tesco NV Claret, both...
