Below are tasting notes on wines shown last week by UK retailer the Co-operative (trying to throw off its old name of 'the Co-op'), arranged by colour, country, then producer. The company is distinguished by its long support of Fairtrade products, including wines, and by being the only retailer in the UK (possibly the world?) to list on the back label all additives and fining agents used in the production of each of their own-label wines.
