Barullo – rowdy Argentinians in London's Shoreditch

Argentina came to London's Shoreditch in October under the name Barullo, 'a collective uproar that grabs your attention', according to Wines of Argentina's strapline. (See the addictive Forvo website for the pronunciation of barullo in Argentina or Spain.) The upper floor of Perseverance Works, 'the creative hub of Shoreditch', London E2, was certainly noisy. Calmer was the lower room, where I spent most of my time and attention on the themed sections in this generic tasting – Rule breakers, White and rosé revolution, and Terroir – since these were more easily accessible and potentially revealing of the state of play...
