Few of you interested in Bordeaux 2005 will need me to tell you that at long last the important (aka expensive) wines are being released. But just in case you deleted yourself from all the merchants’ emailing lists in a fit of pique, this is to remind you that if you do want to enter the fray for the most sought-after wines, this is the time to do so.
