I approach this introduction with trepidation, as I did this tasting of Bordeaux 2011s in Southwold on the UK's blustery east coast (looking more clement in my photo than it felt as I walked on the sand). Jancis describes the set up and the tasting group in Classic 2010 Bordeaux reviewed. This year Jancis took the southern-hemisphere option (see her excellent and extensive South Africa coverage published last week), allowing me the opportunity, and responsibility, of this blind tasting.
