Consumers hoping to taste Domaine Leflaive’s Montrachet will have to wait at least ten years for the opportunity. Leflaive’s custom-made barrel of 2020 Montrachet will be held at the domaine until 2031, and given ten years’ bottle ageing. For their other cuvées there is elegance and drive, bolstered by oak and spice but in measured moderation.
