With so much to discover, Jancis and Tam both attended the inaugural Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) wine fair in London earlier this year. We begin our three-part coverage with Jancis’s 41 tasting notes on wines from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia next door, and Cyprus, the island undergoing perhaps the most dramatic wine revolution of all. Still to come: wines from the Black Sea region, and wines from the landlocked heart of the continent.
