Julia enjoys a hushed, seated tasting of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti's latest releases, from the frost-struck 2021 vintage. It’s rare to taste a wine that is 100% whole-bunch fermented and 100% aged in new oak barrels in which these winemaking choices are barely noticeable, especially when the wines are the most transparent red burgundies you may ever come across.
