Georgia has a fair claim to be the cradle of viticulture and continues to make a very high proportion of its wine along lines which could be described as prototype natural (see the bottom of this label on my very amateur picture). As a result, a bevy of Georgian wine producers came to London recently to show their wines at two natural wine fairs on which we will be reporting tomorrow and on Saturday.
