At last! We start our collection of regional collections – tasting notes assembled by the whole team from a wide variety of sources, delivered in geographical assortments that we will call autumn collections. We know that in the southern hemisphere it is now springtime, but for us based in London, it is very definitely autumn – and by the time we publish the last of these collections in the week before Christmas it will almost certainly be winter.
