This session, the last on day 3 of the Landmark Australia tutorial, was led by Max Allen, British-born but Melbourne-dwelling wine writer and instigator of the Australian Alternative Varieties Wine Show, and Louisa Rose of Yalumba, where a great deal of time and effort has gone into researching lesser-known varieties (most famously successful with Viognier).
