New releases from Moët/Dom P

Dom Pérignon 1996 has just been released, along with 1998 vintage Moët in both colours – rosé apparently being the hottest item in Champagne at the moment with virtually all producers reporting a shortage of the pink stuff. (How rapidly fashions take off, eh?)
The Dom '96 will be lovely, I think, but there is absolutely no hurry to drink it. For the sake of completeness (or complete sadism) I am also including notes on the new Dom Pérignon Oenothèque releases.
As an afterthought I have added a star rating out of a maximum of 5, with stars in brackets...
