I first met Caryl and Jan Panman of Ch Rives-Blanques in spring 2010, and their elegant, quintessentially Limoux wines have consistently been my favourite Languedoc whites ever since. When we drive to the Languedoc by car, this is the one estate we always visit to pick up a couple of cases of wine to bring home.
