It always pays to follow keen, new wine merchants whose pricing policy is inspired by enthusiasm and the need to attract customers' attention. Stone, Vine & Sun is a prime example.
The firm was started last year by Simon Taylor who had spent the previous 23 years in the art world, ending up as deputy managing director of Sotheby's Europe.
