One of the great difficulties of covering the current spate of burgundy 2007 tastings in London (which, complementing my and Julia's trips to Burgundy in November, complete our detailed review of the vintage to be published very soon) has been the sheer number of tastings – averaging four a day. Julia and I have had to split them between us and still felt absolutely shattered every evening.
