Wine – oldest bottle
The oldest vintage currently in our database of nearly 135,000 tasting notes is a madeira from the 1780 vintage. That has nothing on what is reputedly the world's oldest bottle, however, which was discovered in a Roman tomb and supposedly dates from around 350 AD.
