Pink wine has come a long way in the last few years. No longer can it be dismissed as a mere frivolity. There are myriad colours and styles, some of them very serious wines indeed.
Below are tasting notes on more than 50 rosés, the great majority of them with a claim to being something special. We have listed them in declining score order so you can see which ones we seriously approve of. Note the substantial number of wines rated 17 or more out of 20.
